Rental Rates in Palm Beach's Office Market Increase Following Consecutive Quarters of Positive Absorption
At the outset of 2019, Palm Beach County began the year with strong absorption, increasing rental rates and stabilized vacancy rates despite more than 100,000 square feet of new deliveries. Gross rental rates recorded a 3.3 percent increase year-over-year to a high of $30.61 per square foot, meanwhile Class A rates have increased 4.3 percent to $36.28 per square foot.
